GeWeTe unveils new website

The Gauselmann subsidiary GeWeTe, based in Mechernich, is showcasing itself with a new and completely redesigned website. Since early September, the optimised website has been inspiring visitors with a modern design and an advanced system, which is based on the high technology standards of end devices. With this relaunch, the company is satisfying the requirements of today’s digital age.

The new www.GeWeTe.com website features a clearly structured navigational concept, which ensures an improved customer-friendly user experience. All important information is clearly shown on the home page for a quick, at-a-glance view of the various product areas, future trade fair dates and GeWeTe bestsellers. Via the flip menu, customers can navigate directly from the home page to the pages they find interesting.

The challenge of the relaunch was to structure the mass of information and broad range of currency exchange systems in a clear way so that our customers can find the best machines for them in a matter of just seconds. Offering our customers first-class service is our top priority,” emphasises GeWeTe managing director Aristidis Tsikouras.

Furthermore, the main focus was on responsive Web design to ensure that the presentation and resolution of the website automatically adapts to various end devices.

Regardless of the end device, the website flexibly adjusts to its individual characteristics. Whether our customers prefer using a smartphone, tablet or laptop, they have access to our applications in their full extent everywhere and at all times,” added Aristidis Tsikouras.

The Mechernich-based company has been market leader in modern cash handling for many years, with more than 60,000 systems installed worldwide and present in nearly every European country today. As GeWeTe has branch offices in the important gaming markets of England, Spain and Italy, the website is available not only in German, but also in English, Spanish and Italian. This guarantees that, in addition to the main business at home, the markets outside of Germany can be optimally advised and served.

By redesigning the website, we have taken yet another progressive step. Our aim is to maintain our market leadership and expand it. We cannot achieve this solely through the further development of products and trend-setting. Customer-centred activities and a successful communication of information are also decisive and essential factors to business success,” sums up Aristidis Tsikouras.
