EEG: Hi Gal, first of all, tell us and our readers a bit about yourself. How did your career start in the industry? What determined you to engage in this activity and start working at Trade360 Partners?
Gal: I’ve been in the industry for over 8 years now. I started out in sales at a leading FX broker and worked my way up to manage the international sales & retention desk there.
After so many years in client-facing roles, I was really keen to experience the marketing side of this industry. I got the opportunity to head up the Affiliates Programme for Trade360 and when we came up with the company’s USP, I knew this was the chance I’d been waiting for.
EEG: Trade360 Partners is the affiliate program for Trade360, an innovative platform for trading. Beside the CROWDTRADING innovation to promote, what do you think is the key aspect affiliates appreciate regarding your affiliate program?
Gal: Our affiliate program is one of the most rewarding I know of. We really believe in providing the personal touch to all the members of our growing family, we’re ready and willing to pay whatever it takes for the best available talent. It’s a classic win-win proposition.
EEG: What is your personal opinion about fair gaming? Do you think there is room to improve the view of the gambling industry? I’m mean, is there a new generation prepared to do that? Both Affiliate Manager and Affiliates.
Gal: Of course, Online Trading is in a separate category from Gaming, but both industries face similar challenges, and of course, there’s always room for improvement. There are still trust issues to be faced across the world of Online Financial Services, but I think that new generations of products, like ours, that open up the mechanics of big data are going to help massively. It’s vital to convey the message that skill and judgement are paramount – that talent and knowledge, not luck, are the keys to success.
EEG: Could you fill us in on your current offer for affiliates and maybe a brief description of your program?
Gal: We currently offer up to $650 CPA for selected countries, but the key to our appeal is our belief in high volume bonuses. Because Trade360 is about opening up Trading to everyone, especially first-time Traders, our minimum deposit is just $25 – the lowest anywhere in the industry. And to build our base, we’ve always been aware that our Affiliates need the best incentives, not just for big hitters, but for those vital small investors.
EEG: What markets does the Trade360 target, and what makes it stand out in the huge crowd of financial trading platforms?
Gal: Since our platform is so user-friendly and innovative in its design, we’re getting excellent reports about how appealing it is to traders from across the FX and Binary industries, as well as players from the world of gaming. We’re attracting people from across the spectrum, from total beginners to seasoned Traders who are telling us how CrowdTrading dovetails perfectly with all technical and fundamental strategies.
EEG: Since the London Affiliate Conference is almost here, we would like to ask your opinion on these event, are you guys attending these conferences or are you going to be in London?
Gal: We wouldn’t miss it! It’s one of the biggest dates in the calendar and the UK is one of our most important territories. We’re working on a really cool booth right now, with some big surprises and very cool gifts. Everyone’s invited to drop by and have a chat! We can’t wait to meet up with all our friends from across the industry and find out all the latest trends and gossip.
EEG: Where do you think the financial industry will be in 3 years, and of course, on which scale do you see Trade360 Partners?
Gal: Crystal ball time, is it? Well… it’s pretty clear that peer-to-peer transactions are going to shake up the whole financial world, and that our social and economic lives are converging. I think that can only be a good thing for both Trading and Gaming companies that can deliver smooth, personalized and trustworthy services. That’s really the core of it: trust and transparency. We want Traders to understand exactly what we’re all about and that their success is crucial to our continuing growth.
EEG: Tell us a bit about your team? As we know it’s quite huge and well positioned in the industry with some skilled and experienced affiliate managers in financial markets.
Gal: I feel lucky to work with such a big team of experienced and creative people at Trade360. We did a lot of research and homework before launch to plan and set up the self-conversion foundation of our model and I’m really happy that it’s working so well for our fast-growing team of Affiliates.
EEG: Since Central and Eastern Europe offers a large pool of successful affiliates in the industry, do you think that this region is somehow overlooked by brands that are not applying for licenses in the demographic and are there many super-affiliates that you managed coming from this region?
Gal: Yes, it is often overlooked and it’s a region we have really high hopes for. Great people with a great attitude and, maybe because of history, they have such a strong love of freedom and opportunity, which is, at the end of the day, what we’re all about. It’s just a matter of time for the brands who are getting involved there.
EEG: Who is your favorite celebrity and if you’d have to a pick a destination in Eastern Europe, where would you travel?
Gal: Fave celeb? Tom Hanks, for sure. I love his all his movies and he’s a true gentleman. You just know he’s totally trustworthy, and that’s the most important thing to me. As for Eastern Europe… I’ve never been to Budapest, and would love to go. I’ve heard the Thermal Baths are amazing!
EEG: Where you wouldn’t want to travel?
Gal: Antarctica. Too cold. Apart from there, I’m up for going pretty much anywhere.
EEG: What is your opinion about EEG(eegaming.org)?
Gal: I think it’s an awesome site – fresh, well-informed and always engaging. It’s great to have our Affiliate Programme included as the only Financial scheme on the portal. I’d just like to say, thanks a million!
