RubyPlay Evolves into Multi-Studio Content Ecosystem

RubyPlay has officially transitioned its operating model into a sophisticated, studio-based ecosystem. This new structure brings five distinct development arms together under a single, unified technology and distribution framework, enabling the company to scale creative output while maintaining a robust, shared infrastructure.

By moving away from traditional “siloed” development, RubyPlay is now positioned as a scalable parent organization that can rapidly add new market-focused studios to its network.

The Five Pillars: A Layered Content Strategy

The ecosystem is comprised of five specialized units, each designed to target specific player demographics or operator needs.

Studio Creative Focus & Market Role
RubyPlay Studio The “Core” studio focused on flagship mechanics like Immortal Ways and Diamond Explosion.
Koala Games Launched in July 2025; focuses on bold, high-energy visuals (e.g., Voltage Blitz Vortex).
Mad Hat Games Specializes in innovative, feature-rich titles with a focus on “Mad Hit” mechanics.
Xslots Tailored for specific regional preferences, often focusing on localized themes.
Bespoke Studio A dedicated arm for branded IP and exclusive content tailored for Tier-1 operators.

A Unified Technology & Distribution Layer

The hallmark of this evolution is the “layered” model. While each studio maintains full creative independence, they all utilize the same:

  • Tech Stack: Unified HTML5/WebGL framework for rapid deployment across mobile and desktop.

  • Distribution Network: Instant access to RubyPlay’s 70+ direct operator partners and massive aggregator reach.

  • Infrastructure: Centralized compliance, QA, and security protocols (including ISO 27001 certification).

Leadership Perspective: Scaling with Precision

The move has been spearheaded by Tsachi Maimon, who joined as CEO on October 1, 2025. Maimon, a veteran known for scaling Aspire Global, views this ecosystem as the primary vehicle for RubyPlay’s expansion into North America and other regulated territories.

“Structuring the business as a layered studio-based ecosystem allows each studio to focus on its own markets and creative direction, while operating on the same technology, infrastructure, and distribution framework,” says Tsachi Maimon, CEO of RubyPlay. “The successful launch of Koala Games demonstrated the power of this approach.”
