The news has been announced yesterday by NMi, in a letter where they’ve mentioned the following:

NMi can be trusted to be there when you need us. We are pleased to have lodged our application for Class 2 licences, and the bank guarantee, required for us to be able to provide our services for Romania.

Romania is set to become one of Eastern Europe’s most dynamic markets.
