OpenBet rolls out next-gen sportsbook for Loterie Romande across digital and retail

JouezSport migrates to OpenBet platform, covering online, self-service terminals and 2,350 retail points of sale in Switzerland’s French-speaking cantons.

OpenBet has launched its next-generation sportsbook with Loterie Romande, taking the Swiss operator’s JouezSport omnichannel betting to OpenBet’s platform across online, retail points of sale and self-service betting terminals. The go-live was announced on 15th October 2026.

OpenBet said the migration covers Loterie Romande’s digital channels, self-service, and 2,350 point-of-sale retail locations in Switzerland’s six French-speaking cantons. The launch also introduces a new Cash Out feature, available at launch across Loterie Romande’s digital channels.

Under the deal, OpenBet’s Managed Trading Services will supply Loterie Romande with “AI-enhanced odds and risk management,” according to the company. Loterie Romande will also use the OpenBet Trading System, which OpenBet describes as a multi-vendor orchestration hub enabling access to data, trading services and content through a single integration.

Nikos Konstakis, President at OpenBet, said: “We are proud to partner with Loterie Romande, delivering an enhanced player experience with Cash Out live at launch, alongside an unwavering commitment to responsible gaming and regulatory compliance. We are delighted to continue our track record of delivering world-class technology and peerless scale to WLA members around the world.”

Jean-Luc Moner-Banet, CEO of Loterie Romande, said: “OpenBet's sportsbook technology, track record and customer-centric approach meant that they were best placed to understand our specific requirements, and the natural choice to evolve the experience for our players. We are excited to see how this partnership continues to evolve, and we look forward to continuing to work closely with the OpenBet team.”
