Pernambuco court dismisses Spribe claims against NSX in AVIATOR dispute
A court in Brazil’s State of Pernambuco has rejected all claims brought by Spribe against NSX, the company associated with the Betnacional brand, in proceedings connected to the ongoing AVIATOR-related disputes, according to a September 2026 press statement.
According to the judgment as described in the release, the court found no trademark infringement, no copyright infringement, and no unfair competition practices by NSX, and dismissed Spribe’s claims.
The Pernambuco decision follows earlier outcomes in São Paulo involving Aviator Studio, where courts at both the first-instance and appellate levels rejected urgent measures sought by Spribe, the release said. Those decisions allowed Aviator Studio to continue operating while the broader AVIATOR trademark dispute proceeds.
Spribe characterized the Pernambuco ruling as addressing substantive allegations against NSX, including claims of trademark and copyright infringement and unfair competition, all of which the court rejected. The company framed the decision as part of a wider series of disputes concerning the AVIATOR brand and related intellectual property rights in Brazil and other markets.
