S8UL creator Joker Ki Haveli raises ₹4.85 lakh for Nepal flood relief, backs housing in Assam
S8UL creator Joker Ki Haveli has raised ₹4.85 lakh for flood relief in Nepal through a charity livestream and followed up with on-ground support efforts in Assam, according to a company statement dated September 02, 2026.
S8UL said the livestream, organised with Joker Ki Haveli’s community, brought in approximately NPR 7.71 lakh for communities affected by floods in Nepal, with contributions from viewers, fellow creators and members of the esports ecosystem. S8UL creators also contributed to the initiative. Joker Ki Haveli described the contribution as “hope, help, and humanity”.
In Assam, the creator visited flood-affected villages including Simaluguri, Polokhoni (Banmukh) and Bamunpukhuri (Gogainbari) to support and manage relief work on the ground, S8UL said. The statement also said he is contributing to the construction of seven houses for families whose homes were affected, and has provided supplies including food and mattresses.
The activity highlights how gaming creators are increasingly using livestream audiences to mobilise rapid fundraising, then extending that support into longer-term rehabilitation efforts. S8UL positioned the Assam work as a shift from immediate relief to rebuilding and recovery for affected families.
