S8UL lands three Esports Awards 2026 nominations, including Agarwal and Snax

S8UL has been nominated in three categories at the Esports Awards 2026, with the organisation shortlisted for Esports Content Group of the Year and two of its representatives also making the global ballot. Co-Founder Animesh ‘Thug’ Agarwal is nominated for Esports Personality of the Year, while creator Raj Varma (Snax Gaming) is up for Streamer of the Year.

S8UL’s Content Group nod is its fifth consecutive nomination in the category, according to the company. The organisation said it has won Esports Content Group of the Year four years in a row, and that Agarwal won Esports Personality of the Year last year, becoming the first Indian winner in that category.

In the Content Group category, S8UL is listed alongside T1, Team Vitality, G2 Esports, OpTic Gaming, NRG, and 100 Thieves. In the Esports Personality of the Year shortlist, Agarwal is nominated alongside Faker, Ibai, Caedrel, Jynxzi, Kameto, Magnus Carlsen, and Boaster.

“Being recognised by the Esports Awards year after year is incredibly special because it reflects consistency at the highest level. Winning last year was a moment I'll always cherish, but earning another nomination alongside S8UL and Snax makes this even more meaningful. Indian gaming is no longer an emerging story, we're now part of the global conversation and these nominations belong to every creator, player, and fan who has believed in what we've been building over the years. We're excited to once again represent India on one of esports' biggest stages,” Agarwal said.

Snax Gaming said: “Receiving another Esports Awards nomination means a lot because it reflects the journey I've been on over the past few years. Last year's recognition gave me confidence, and this year's nomination motivates me to keep raising the bar. It's incredible to see Indian creators being recognised alongside some of the biggest names in global streaming, and I'm grateful to everyone who's been part of this journey. Hopefully, this is just the beginning of many more milestones for our community.” The press release also links the nominations to S8UL’s involvement in the Esports World Cup Foundation’s Club Partner Program for a second consecutive year and its participation at the ongoing Esports World Cup 2026.
