Coo Coo Cashoo Gets Clockwork Twist as Yggdrasil Introduces New Mechanic

Yggdrasil has launched its inaugural LightningLines™ game, Coo Coo Cashoo, featuring a vibrant clock-themed design that provides players with as many as 117,649 winning combinations across its six-reel setup.

The implementation of the new mechanic features a variable configuration of the reels, with each column containing between two and seven symbols to greatly enhance the chances of winning. The flexible icon arrangement guarantees that each spin presents a distinct combination.

The title features clock faces prominently, including both analogue and digital, while a busy clock shopkeeper frames the reelset. Each scatter that lands will boost the multiplier for that spin by +1, regardless of whether it activates the bonus round.

When three or more scatters appear on the reels, the bonus round begins, and landing six scatters grants the highest reward of 20 free spins.

In the free spins, the scatter multiplier remains intact, as each scatter that appears during the spins adds to the multiplier, providing a maximum win of 5,323x.

Coo Coo Cashoo is the newest core game included in Yggdrasil’s collection, featuring a fresh, high volatility gameplay that enhances the existing highlight titles like Vikings, MexoMax, and Raptor.

Ricardo Viana, Executive Creative Director at Yggdrasil, said: “It was a blast working on Coo Coo Cashoo. It was a rare occasion where each element of a game is coordinated to work with each other. The gameplay’s math model is highlighted by the animated visuals; the visuals are supported by a reactive audio track; the audio track follows the flow of the gameplay.

“I think the players will enjoy the overall experience Yggdrasil has crafted when playing our game.”
