155.io, the live content studio built for a mobile-first world, has made its African debut through an exclusive content partnership with Betika, bringing its 24/7 real-world gaming portfolio to players across the continent.

155.io’s live portfolio of games includes Marbles.ioStairpong.io, and the recently launched Ducks.io – custom-built within the provider’s 10,000-square-foot warehouse. Ducks.io runs on a real-life lazy river where eight fearless ducks race to the finish line — featuring bespoke, branded competitors such as a Donald Trump duck, with more notorious characters set to join the line-up.

All of 155.io’s games are filmed from a real-world studio, broadcast live, designed with the mobile user in mind.

155.io’s content will first launch in Uganda and Kenya, before setting its sights on multiple markets with Betika, one of Africa’s premier sports betting and gaming brands. Betika has built an extensive player base across Africa since launching in 2016.

155.io Founder and CEO Sam Jones commented: “Africa represents a huge opportunity for 155.io, with its mobile-first generation and increasing demand for social, entertaining content with a fresh twist. Betika is the perfect partner for our debut in the region, on the back of its reach and true understanding of local markets. Together, we’re bringing 24/7 real-world gaming chaos to a whole new audience.”

Betika’s Chief Product Officer, Peter Stagles, added: “Adding 155.io’s chaotic content to our portfolio will instantly enhance our offering and give our African audience something truly fresh to enjoy. Their innovative game line-up perfectly complements our focus on delivering exceptional experiences for our players. We look forward to growing together across Africa and driving the gaming evolution for the next generation.”
