Entain, the global sports betting, gaming, and interactive entertainment group, announced the launch of a unique and innovative multiplayer bingo game, Slingo Bingo, under licence from Gaming Realms. The first of its kind to market, Slingo Bingo was developed in-house by Entain and is exclusive to its UK customers.

As popularity in bingo continues to rise, with Entain’s Gala Bingo brand recording a 20% increase in active UK customers, the launch of Slingo Bingo reinforces the Group’s commitment to evolving and innovating for its bingo-loving customers – providing them with even more moments of excitement.

Slingo is a market-leading brand from Gaming Realms. The Slingo IP is already much-loved by Entain’s customers, with Slingo titles accounting for half of the top ten most popular games available on Gala Bingo. The launch of the new Slingo Bingo game sees Entain’s in-house expertise extend Slingo into the bingo vertical.

Satty Bhens, Chief Product Officer at Entain, said: “We’re seeing more and more customers come to us to play bingo, and these customers are always looking for the best online gaming experiences. All our customers in the UK will be excited to see one of their favourite brands brought to life in a bingo variant, with the launch of Slingo Bingo reaffirming Entain as the home of innovation, excitement, and fun.”

Gareth Scott, Chief Commercial Officer at Gaming Realms, said: “Convergence and licensing partnerships are at the heart of what makes the Slingo genre so successful, therefore partnering with Entain to create Slingo Bingo is a milestone moment for us all here at Gaming Realms. This is a great opportunity for Gaming Realms to introduce Slingo to new audiences and grow brand equity.”
