Casino technology solutions provider FAST TRACK has signed a deal to provide its customer relationship management (CRM) solution to online casino operator Dunder.

As per the deal, FAST TRACK will provide to Dunder a custom player engagement platform that puts efficiency and ease of use at the centre of the CRM execution process, as well as using a rich stream of data to choose the right moments to communicate with players.

“FAST TRACK CRM is the only tool available that will allow us to work with CRM the same way we do in other aspects of our business. It’s refreshing to partner with a company that truly understands the needs of operators in our industry and provides a solution to the pain points many of us experience when trying to improve our engagement strategies,” Thomas Rosander, CEO of Dunder, said.

“Working with innovative brands like Dunder is hugely rewarding for our team. It’s wonderful to see what these operators can achieve with the platform and we get valuable feedback on potential future developments. We anticipate that Dunder will be producing truly innovative player engagements once we are live,” Simon Lidzén, Co-Founder and CEO of FAST TRACK, said.
