Blueprint and Majestic Bingo announce Alphamax deal ahead of EAGReading Time: 2 minutes

2020 has opened with a flourish for Majestic Bingo’s growing customer base following the conclusion of a deal with Blueprint Operations which has seen the Gauselmann owned brand’s Alphamax Cat C cabinet installed across Majestic’s 16 club estate which stretches from Castleford to Canvey Island and Caernarfon to Camborne.  One of the UK’s largest operators of retail bingo has invested in the Alphamax after it was unveiled to the industry at October’s ACOS event held at Olympia.

Commenting on the investment, Mark Jepp, Managing Director at Majestic said: “Our mission is to deliver authentic and compelling bingo experiences to our players and that includes our Category C offering. With a large proportion of machine play taking place in the intervals it’s important that our product selection not only stands out but also has the ability to engage with players by delivering compelling, socially responsible low stake gaming entertainment.

The Alphamax cabinet and the content pipeline ticks all of those boxes and I am looking forward to an exciting 2020 working alongside Blueprint. I am delighted that our customers are starting the New Year with access to what is some of the industry’s most compelling low stake gaming content.”

Nicola Wallbank, Head of Corporate Accounts at Blueprint stated: “We are thrilled to confirm this business win with Majestic, widely regarded as one of the most progressive brands in retail bingo. Bingo players have a high visit frequency and they tend to be very loyal to their club which means that machines have to engage over the long term. Machine income is key to the bingo business model and as we’ve said on numerous occasions – there’s no place for second best. In 2020 Blueprint will have a sharp focus on the bingo sector and we look forward to working with dynamic brands such as Majestic in order to bring more bingo centric machines to market.”

The fulfilment of an intensive 12-month R&D programme, the Alphamax combines outstanding design credentials with the latest high definition end-to-end screens alongside advanced technical features including the Merkur MD100 note recycler.
