
The gaming technology provider GAN has reported favourable trading updates for the second quarter of 2019, with the strong performance of clients’ sportsbook offerings. GAN mainly got benefitted from high levels of activity around basketball and baseball in New Jersey in Q2. GAN also benefitted from internet sports betting.
GAN stated that the growth will also be contingent on the performance of WinStar.com. It may also be affected by the impact of Italy’s gambling advertising ban, with GAN powering nine clients in the market.
The company expects to report a high double-digit revenue growth in its full-year results through client launches and signing contracts with new partners.
