Julia Seryabkina is the Russian Affiliate Manager at MyCasinoPartners, let’s see how she considers working in the industry and how big the effect was on her life:

EEG: First of all, tell us a bit about yourself and the how did your career start in the industry? We would like to know more about Julia from MyCasinoPartners.
Julia: I’ve always been passionate about having a job that involves communicating with people, being creative, and seeing the actual results of my work. Previously, I worked as a marketing manager for a payroll company, but I knew my main job was still waiting for me. My daily routine at MCP cannot even be called routine – every day is like a new day here. We always try to think of some promos with affiliates and for affiliates. With most our affiliates, we have really friendly relationships and it contributes to making extra efforts to achieve high results by the end of each month. This is what I really enjoy.
EEG: What was the reason you joined the gaming industry?
Julia: Gaming is probably one of the few industries that combine both work and fun. As much efforts you have to apply to make everything work, to establish both professional and friendly relationships with affiliates, to attract players, you’re always part of an amazing team which makes your every day special. Each person involved in casino operations is like a separate universe. And the resource of their inspiration never seems to dry out.
EEG: Does your program have any East European affiliates that you manage?
Julia: MyCasinoPartners currently operates in 4 markets: Poland, Romania, Russia and Ukraine. I manage all our Russian affiliates.
EEG: Are there any super-affiliates coming from those region? We know for certain that a huge group of affiliates come from Eastern Europe.
Julia: Our affiliate program is quite new. Currently we’re on the stage of acquiring our vast base of affiliates. Though, we already noticed that Eastern European affiliates are very powerful and are able to drive qualitative traffic. Hopefully, we gain more of them working with eegaming.org.

EEG: Where do you think the industry will be in 3 years, and of course, where do you see MyCasinoPartners in 3 years?
Julia: I think our industry has a great future. But most probably mobile will be taking the bulk of the market. New technologies will lead us more and more to the freedom of casino play. Hopefully more markets will be regulated. I’m sure MyCasinoPartners will be keeping pace with the time!
EEG: If you would just open your Youtube search bar, what would you search for?
Julia: If I have some time to spend surfing youtube, I usually watch documentary movies.
EEG: Who is your favourite celebrity and if you’d have to a pi k destination in Eastern Europe, where would you travel?
Julia: I have favorite celebs per industry ☺ . Music –Lenny Kravitz, Movies – Mel Gibson etc. If I’d pick a destination in Eastern Europe, I’d go to Prague. I’ve heard so much about the atmosphere of this city but never had a chance to visit it. So probably if Lenny Kravitz comes to Prague with a live show, I can combine both: favorite musician and a beautiful city!
EEG: Where you wouldn’t want to travel?
Julia: Tough question. It’s really difficult to find a place that wouldn’t raise any interest.
EEG: What is your opinion about EEG(eegaming.org)?
Julia: EEG has TONS of potential that we hope to take advantage of. You are present at all conferences & other events. It makes you so visible and recognizable across both operators and affiliates.
