There is an event scheduled for May we all have been waiting for – the opening of “Primorye” entertainment zone. The red ribbon will be cut in front of the doors of the «Tiger de Cristal» hotel casino. And on June 3-4, as part of RGW 2015, the representatives of the investor company Melco will hold its grand presentation.
Gambling zone “Primorye” is and area of 619 hectares and is located near Vladivostok in Muravuinaya Bay. By 2022, a plan is rolled out to build 15 hotels, 12 guest villas, a yacht club, multifunctional Trade Fair Grounds, and other objects of tourism and recreation. Primorye is a “hot spot”: there are well over 100 million potential customers around it.
The fact that «Tiger de Cristal» made a serious bid for success is obvious even if you take into account only its constructors. The Casino is being built by «The First Gambling Company of the East”, which is part of Melco International, owned by the King of gambling – Lawrence Ho. Melco Group, which is the largest operator that controls integrated resort not only in Macau, but also in other countries, including Cambodia, the Philippines and Spain. Melco owner and one of the richest people in Hong Kong, has the quarter of Macau workforce involved in his enterprises. Ho said he plans to invest over $8 billion in the first casino “Primorye”. «Tiger de Cristal» will become one of Europe’s largest casinos with an area of about 7.2 sq. m. and a luxury hotel with 120 rooms.
While “The First Gambling Company of East” makes its last preparations for opening and is actively recruiting staff.
