Richard Leather (GamblingCompliance) to moderate the “Conversation 2 – Updates from Germany, Czech Republic and Hungary” panel at VIGE2017
The organizers are honored to announce that Richard Leather (GamblingCompliance) will moderate the “Conversation 2 – Updates from Germany, Czech Republic and Hungary” panel, which will be held within the Vienna International Gaming Expo 2017 in the first half of Day 1(20.03.2017) starting from 11:15 AM (Vienna local time).
The panel features speakers such as Jan Rehola(Czech Republic), Gábor Helembai(Hungary) and Martin Arendts(Germany).
Richard heads up the legal and regulatory team, and ensures that the content created by GamblingCompliance continues to provide the insights required for the evolving global challenges that their clients’ face. Previously, he worked for Betclic Everest Group where he was responsible for advising on gambling regulation and risk, managing local licensing initiatives and ensuring the business’ compliance with UK gambling regulation. Richard trained with international law firm Eversheds LLP and holds a BA in History from University College London.

Free Expo Visitors can register online prior to the event by using the following form or have the opportunity to register at the registration desk during conference days. The delegate status grants its holder the opportunity to visit the exhibition floor, discuss deals, pick up gaming related magazines and network with fellow peers. All registrants are granted this privilege during the 3 days of the expo and are advised to have their ID at hand during their visit to the venue.
Advantages: It’s free! 🙂
Disadvantages: Free Expo Visitors are not allowed to attend any of the seminars which will run during the 3 days of the show. The seminars have a special aim to deliver the newest and most vital information about the European gaming markets, Responsible Gambling, Innovations and of course exclusive insights coming from the region. Free Expo Visitors can upgrade their delegate status anytime during the registration period or at the registration desk situated in the venue.

Power Delegates

All registrants are granted this privilege during the 3 days of the expo and are advised to have their ID at hand during their visit to the venue.
The main advantage of the Power Delegate is the opportunity to harvest the extra market information and discussions which can be accessed via the VIGE 2017 Seminars which are held during the 3 days of the show.

Zoran Puhač, keynote speaker at Romanian Conference on Gambling 2018
The 8th edition of the Romanian Conference on Gambling, the important gambling event from Central and Eastern Europe, has high ranked speakers.
Among the high rank speakers is Zoran Puhač, Secretary – General of European Organization for Gaming Law (EOGL).
Zoran Puhač is the former director of Corporate Affairs, Mozzartbet. Former coordinator, Association of Gaming Providers (AGP). Former spokesperson of MoD. Zoran Puhač graduated Air Force Academy and post graduate studies at Faculty of political sciences, specialization with the theme about crisis communications.
Zoran Puhač will address the audience in the panel named: “Europe Up-To-Date“.
The event, of both local and international importance, will be hosted by the famous marble halls of the Parliament Palace in Bucharest, the second largest building in the world after the Pentagon, on March 6, 2018.

The 8th edition of the Romanian Conference on Gambling
On the 6th of March 2018, the Parliament Palace in Bucharest hosts the 8th edition of the Romanian Gambling Conference – CRG8, the biggest annual event of the gambling industry in Central and Eastern Europe.
The eighth edition of the CRG, a regional conference of gambling, will be held under the slogan “Ready for the Gambling of Tomorrow.”
As in the previous editions, this years event aims to approach all elements of the gambling industry based on the novelties of the legislation and the enforcement rules, both in Romania and other European countries, as well as the vulnerabilities of the current system, passing through the slot rooms and AWPs, but also casino life or online gambling. Special sections will be provided for human resources, marketing, image, social responsibility and responsible gambling.
Among those who will speak, we find representative names in the gaming world both in Romania and abroad. Representatives of the Romanian authorities, as well as from other European Union countries, are on the guest list.
Those present at the event will be able to ask questions to clarify all the unclear aspects in the special questions and answers (Q&A) sections.
The organizer, as in all previous editions, is the most popular magazine of the Romanian gambling industry, Casino Life & Business Magazine, the double winner of the “Best iGaming Magazine of the Region” Award at the CEEG Awards Budapest, Hungary in 2016 and 2017.
As in the previous editions, during the conference, the organizers wish to host a mini-exhibition in the lobby, so that participants can see on the spot the novelties, as well as other projects of interest.
The event, of both local and international importance, will be hosted by the famous marble halls of the Parliament Palace in Bucharest, the second largest building in the world after the Pentagon, on March 6th, 2018.
