October 27 Valeriy Molchanov, the head of General Legal and Law Making Division at Bingo Boom, will speak at Russian Gaming Week in Sochi.

The topic of his presentation is the following: Regulation issues of Russian Federation gambling zones.

Valeriy Molchanov is one of the best gambling legislation specialists. Before joining Bingo Boom, he supervised legal issues at the Self-regulating organization of bookmakers. Previously, he worked at the Ministry of Justice and regularly participated in public debates regarding bills. His jurisprudence achievements were awarded with the department head’s certificate.
