Ladbrokes Coral Group has named Ana Jordan as its new senior reward manager.
Ana Jordan will assume responsibility for ensuring that the company’s compensation policies, processes and plans support its ongoing strategic agenda, according to the Employeebenefits.co.uk website.
In addition, Jordan will establish whether the Ladbrokes Coral reward function is in line with any relevant regulations, laws and best practice.
Jordan previously worked for banking group HSBC as performance and reward manager, global private banking, global banking and markets.
She also spent time as European compensation and payroll manager at Legg Mason, as well as compensation and benefits manager at Ogilvy and Mather.
