Good news and not so good news by iGame.com and 24hBet.com

iGame and 24hBet announced their closure of the Romanian market, this is due to jurisdiction and legal changes related to online gaming in this territory.

The Head of Affiliates, Mr. Shaun O’Neill, also stated that this changes is going to come in effect starting from the 1st of September and this unfortunately means that they shall stop accepting Romanian players on 24hBet & iGame after this date.

The Romanian players are free to play, withdraw and deposit as normal until September 1st, 2015 and in case they still have funds on their accounts after 1st of September, players are advised to contact [email protected] (www.24hBet.com) or [email protected] (www.iGame.com) so they can manually transfer their funds.

As for the good news, they’ve made a lot of tech improvements lately and can now offer an improved customer experience in regards to:

  • Payment funnel – easier without clutter
  • Improved speed on the site
  • Added entercash for easier deposits/withdrawals

Whatever comes next we will just have to wait, since iGame has been recently acquired by Unibet and their plans to expand to the Romanian market still remain uncertain.
