The following document contains the specific conditions of licensing and authorisation for gambling in Romania. It also includes the in detail information’s for the regulations about online gambling.

The European Comission has beeen notified by Romania about the draft of these norms, but the final version might suffer a few modifications, due to recent amendments which have been recently approved by the Parliament in addition to the provisions of OUG 92/2014.
