Foxium chooses Microgaming’s Quickfire platform

Game developer Foxium is integrating with the Quickfire platform via an exclusive deal.

Foxium, with offices in Estonia and Sweden, is a full-service game development studio with a decade of gaming experience. The company has produced a number of online titles, such as The Odd Forest, The Lost Riches of Amazon, Fruitz, Lucky Bakery and Big Time Journey, which are rich in story and features.

The deal, which was brokered by the RNG Foundry, will see Foxium’s content launch exclusively to Quickfire, available to more than 250 operators live on the platform. The first Foxium game to launch on Quickfire will be Vampire: The Masquerade – Las Vegas, a 5×3 reel 30 fixed payline game with stunning visuals, voice actors, and an expanding storyline. There are three different free spins rounds, as well as a pick me bonus, keeping players entertained. The slot comes with free games and is set to go live Wednesday 1 November 2017.

Andrew Clucas, Director of Quickfire at Microgaming, said: “We are delighted to have Foxium on board, delivering exclusive content to Quickfire at no additional cost to our operators, following the recent removal of a platform fee. We believe Foxium games will be a popular addition to the platform.

Åke André, CEO of Foxium, added: “The exclusive deal with Microgaming’s Quickfire platform provides Foxium with the chance to produce better games and reach more operators. With the extensive distribution network available through Quickfire, we believe we are in the best position to capitalize on the growing online casino market.

We’re excited that our epic thriller Vampire: The Masquerade – Las Vegas, is the first game to go live following this deal. We will look to utilize the value adds Quickfire offers, such as their impressive Achievements module and gamification tools.

Vampire: The Masquerade – Las Vegas, is a branded game based on a license between Foxium and White Wolf Entertainment, established in 1991 as a developer of numerous role playing games about Vampires, Werewolves and other monsters set in the World of Darkness universe.
