QTech sets invite-only Africa Connect dinners in Tanzania and Nigeria
QTech has announced Africa Connect 2026, a year-end initiative built around two invite-only networking dinners in Dar es Salaam, Tanzania (1 December 2026) and Lagos, Nigeria (3 December 2026). The events are sponsored by Onlyplay and TaDa Gaming, according to the company.
QTech positioned the gatherings as a forum for operators, suppliers and industry stakeholders to discuss market developments in East and West Africa and to set up partnerships ahead of 2027. Registration links were published for each location, with QTech noting that “spaces are limited” and attendance is “strictly by invitation only”, with registrations “subject to confirmation.”
Ekaterina Mayorova, Head of Africa at QTech, said: "Africa is one of the most exciting and dynamic regions in the iGaming industry, and both East and West Africa offer tremendous opportunities for growth. For us at QTech, it's not just about expanding our presence, but about building meaningful, long-term partnerships. These events are our way of bringing the industry together, celebrating what we've achieved in 2026, and exploring what we can accomplish together in 2027. We're excited to welcome our partners in Tanzania and Nigeria to these two timely assemblies of like-minded leaders and challengers. “One of the key pillars in our commercial vision is to partner with both established and emerging forces to maximise market position by harnessing local awareness and expertise. And this new Africa Connect initiative, staged in conjunction with our good friends at Onlyplay and TaDa Gaming, will achieve that against a refined, salubrious backdrop.”
QTech said Africa Connect is intended to support learning, networking and partnership building in two regional hubs, with the company framing Dar es Salaam and Lagos as commercial centres for iGaming growth. No agenda, venue details, attendee numbers or programming were disclosed in the announcement.
