AskGamblers Launches a New Casino Complaints Dashboard
AskGamblers, a leading iGaming affiliate website, has launched a new online casino complaints dashboard that lets players access more information from the AskGamblers Casino Complaint Service (AGCCS), which mediates between operators and users.
The dashboard visualises general stats, resolution processes, casino rankings, common issues players face, current trends, money recovered and affiliate programme complaints statistics.
Players can filter information by choosing different periods, from seven days to one year or view all-time historical data, dating back to 2009 when the service was established.
The Casino Complaints Dashboard updates in real time as complaints are submitted and resolved, so everyone has the latest information available.
Dijana Radunović, General Manager at AskGamblers, said: “With the new dashboard, players can access data in real time, find out which casinos receive complaints, how much money is recovered, how affiliate programs perform, and identify or analyse trends.”
Radunović added: “Players trust AGCCS; they’ve done so since 2009. But they haven’t had insight into our data, except through historical data, quarterly and annual reports. With the new dashboard, they see what we see. We aim to be as transparent as possible and invite players experiencing issues with operators to submit their disputes to our team.”
