Scientific Games takes two top honors at Gaming Intelligence North America Awards 2026

Massachusetts Lottery’s $500,000 FRENZY and Pennsylvania iLottery title THE GUS® GAME SHOW win new lottery categories.

Scientific Games has won Lottery Game of the Year and iLottery Game of the Year at the Gaming Intelligence North America Awards 2026 for titles developed with the Massachusetts State Lottery and Pennsylvania Lottery, the company said on Oct. 22, 2026.

The Massachusetts Lottery collaboration, $500,000 FRENZY, was named Lottery Game of the Year. Scientific Games said the $50 scratch game launched May 12, 2026 and generated more than $108 million in sales in less than 16 weeks.

For iLottery Game of the Year, THE GUS® GAME SHOW—built with the Pennsylvania Lottery—won for its eInstant format. Scientific Games said the game launched April 21, 2026, delivered sales performance 50% above index in its first month, and remained more than 25% above index after 17 weeks; unique player numbers were also 10% to 20% above benchmark after 17 weeks.

"Winning Lottery Game of the Year and iLottery Game of the Year demonstrates how collaboration can translate new ideas into strong performance in support of lottery beneficiary programs. These awards recognize the game design, player insights and creative storytelling that we put into building games that connect with players and deliver results for lotteries," said Matt Lynch, Chief Player Experience Officer for Scientific Games.

The awards program, run by Gaming Intelligence, has recognized regulated gaming operators and suppliers since 2015. The company said a specific lottery category was added in 2026, with winners recently published.
