Booming Games adds PowerGrid mechanic to Primal Buffalo slot series

Primal Buffalo PowerGrid features coin-lock grids, jackpots and a 10,000-ways-to-win layout, with a 20x bet Buy Bonus option.

Booming Games has released Primal Buffalo PowerGrid, the latest entry in its Buffalo slot series. The game introduces a PowerGrid mechanic designed to add coin-based wins and jackpot outcomes alongside standard payouts.

Primal Buffalo PowerGrid runs on a 4x5x5x5x5x4 grid with 10,000 ways to win. Standard wins pay on three matching symbols on adjacent reels, regardless of position.

The PowerGrid feature is split across reels 2-3 and 4-5. Each grid activates when a coin symbol lands, locking coins in place for three spins and resetting the counter if additional coins appear during that period. If a grid fills completely, the total value of all coins is paid in addition to any base-game win. Prize Reel symbols can also land in a grid and trigger an Ultra Prize Reel spin, which can award multipliers applied to locked coins, one of the MINI, MINOR, MAJOR or GRAND prize pots, or a COLLECT icon that awards a win and ends the feature.

Free Spins trigger on three or more buffalo scatter symbols, awarding 6, 8, 10 or 12 spins depending on the number of scatters. During Free Spins, coin values are paid at the end of the feature, and completed PowerGrids pay out and reset. Players can also buy into Free Spins via a Buy Bonus option priced at 20x the selected bet.
