Evenbeter expands back-office platform with AI screening and analytics tools

Evenbeter (formerly EvenBet Gaming) on 14 October 2026 announced an expanded suite of analytics and AI tools for its back-office platform, adding capabilities spanning investigation, tournament planning and reporting.

The company said new AI-assisted screening is designed to help operator teams flag suspicious hands and account connections for review by analysing player or tournament hand histories from the bubble stage onwards, alongside internal signals such as shared devices and payment connections. Evenbeter said the screening is processed without personal data such as names or IP addresses, and is intended to support human investigation without determining wrongdoing.

For tournament operations, the update introduces automated checks to validate proposed settings before launch, including expected participation against guarantees, limits and payouts, as well as potential schedule clashes. Evenbeter also said it is adding AI-driven schedule analysis based on past performance and demand forecasts with confidence ranges for estimating future cash-game and tournament activity.

The company said additional workflow features include natural language prompts to generate filters across player, transaction and withdrawal lists, plus AI reviews of operational reports with suggested next steps. Evenbeter also cited retention analytics sorted by churn risk and value, cash-game stake economics, and responsible gaming behavioural markers assessed against individual and population baselines.

Alexander Tamplon, CTO at Evenbeter, said: “An operator needs to understand what deserves attention and what to check next. We are bringing that support directly into the back office: highlighting suspicious hands and account links, checking tournament settings before launch, and helping teams interpret reports. The tools provide context and recommendations, while operators remain responsible for the decisions.” Evenbeter said administrators can govern AI use by enabling specific features, setting daily request limits, tailoring assistant instructions, and controlling data scopes based on back-office permissions.
