Swiss Casinos completes ReelLink rollout across all four venues
Online game content-to-cabinet platform now live in Zurich, Pfäffikon, Winterthur and St. Gallen with 24 machines running and 17 more planned in 2026.
Swiss Casinos has completed the rollout of ReelLink across all four of its casinos, with the platform now live at Casino Zurich, Casino Zürichsee in Pfäffikon, Casino Winterthur and Casino St. Gallen. The operator said ReelLink is currently running on 24 machines, with a further 17 planned before the end of the year, taking the group total to 41.
ReelLink first went live at Winterthur and Pfäffikon in December 2025 and was extended to Zurich and St. Gallen in July 2026, completing deployment across the group’s venues.
According to Swiss Casinos, ReelLink separates game content from the physical slot cabinet, allowing certified online titles to be sent to approved machines “in seconds” and updated cabinet by cabinet. The company said the system plugs into a casino’s existing management system, with player tracking, accounting and regulatory reporting unchanged.
Marcel Tobler, CEO of Swiss Casinos AG, said: “We built ReelLink to change how players experience a casino floor. People now expect the choice and the steady stream of new content they get online, and land-based casinos have to meet that to stay relevant.
“Having it running across all four of our casinos shows the idea holds up in a live environment, not just on paper. From here, we want to build ReelLink out internationally alongside game providers and other operators.”
Thomas Cavelti, Casino Director at Casino Zürichsee in Pfäffikon, said: “Bringing a new machine onto the floor has always carried a risk, because you commit to the hardware before you know whether players will take to the game.
“ReelLink takes most of that away. We can put fresh titles in front of guests without buying and swapping cabinets each time, and because we can see how people actually play, we get an early sense of which games are worth backing.”
