SlotsUp adds AI Assistant for search across casinos, games and bonuses

The tool pulls from SlotsUp’s database and editorial content to generate direct answers, with support for follow-up questions.

SlotsUp has launched an AI Assistant designed to answer user questions across its iGaming information platform, covering online casinos, slot games, bonuses, providers and regulations.

The company said the assistant searches across content already published on SlotsUp, using its database, editorial content and analytics to generate responses spanning casinos, games, providers, market news and educational iGaming topics.

SlotsUp said it has built its dataset since 2015 and now tracks more than 7,458 slot games, 594 online casinos and 579 active bonuses across regulated markets. The company positions the AI Assistant as one of the first features to apply those resources through AI.

Unlike a standard site search that points users to a single page, SlotsUp said the assistant checks information across multiple parts of its platform—combining database entries with expert-written content and other material—before producing an answer. It also supports follow-up questions within the same conversation, allowing users to narrow or expand queries without restarting.

Commenting on the launch, SlotsUp’s CEO said: "Over eleven years, we've built an up-to-date database of casinos, bonuses and games, along with expert analytical content that people rely on. The AI Assistant is the next step in our product strategy: it answers users' questions about the online casino industry using our data, our expert reviews and AI analysis tailored to each user's location, language and local legal status. It's how we adapt to the AI era, as the way people search for information keeps changing. No subjectivity, just objective, transparent answers, so users have everything they need to find the right option and draw their own conclusions."

SlotsUp said the launch is a response to changing search habits, with users increasingly looking for direct answers rather than comparing multiple pages. The company added that it plans to introduce additional AI features.
