Happy Brands Finland selects Finnplay Titan platform for 2027 market launch

New operator says it has filed a Finnish licence application ahead of the market’s planned regulation in July 2027.

Finnplay has signed a platform deal with Happy Brands Finland, a new Finnish operator planning to launch when Finland’s online gambling market is regulated in July 2027.

According to the companies, Happy Brands has submitted its Finnish licence application and intends to go live on Finnplay’s Titan platform with betting and casino products once the market opens.

The press release also says Happy Brands Finland has entered a marketing partnership with “a major Finnish real estate partner”, but provided no further details on the partner name or commercial terms.
