Continent 8 and FuturePath AI form Future8 joint venture for regulated iGaming AI
Announced at SBC Summit Lisbon, the venture targets auditable, policy-aware AI deployments across multiple jurisdictions.
Continent 8 Technologies and FuturePath AI have launched Future8, an AI-native operating company formed as a joint venture between the two firms. The companies announced the launch at SBC Summit Lisbon.
The venture is positioned to help regulated iGaming operators move from AI pilots to production deployments by building governance, approvals and auditability into AI workflows from the outset. The companies said Future8 is designed to support compliance, data sovereignty and operational control while scaling AI across multiple jurisdictions.
Under the partnership, Continent 8 contributes its licensed data centers and private global network spanning more than 100 locations, as well as AI-enabled Global Capability Centers in India, the Philippines and Bulgaria. The company also brings operational expertise and jurisdictional knowledge drawn from its regulated infrastructure footprint, which the partners said will be used to tailor AI applications to iGaming workflows.
FuturePath AI is providing its enterprise AI applications platform, including pre-built applications powered by coordinated agents. The companies said the platform is already in use in enterprise operations for Fortune 500 companies in multiple industries, and will be adapted for the controls and operating requirements specific to licensed gambling operators.
The partners positioned Future8 as an alternative to generic agent frameworks and toolkits, with an emphasis on “regulator-ready” AI applications intended for use in regulated environments.
