Pronet Gaming partners with Flows to integrate orchestration and gamification tools

Pronet Gaming has partnered with Flows to integrate Flows’ orchestration technology across Pronet Gaming’s technology stack and deploy it across a network of more than 50 operator brands, the companies said.

Under the partnership, Pronet Gaming said the integration will help it connect systems, automate processes and introduce new platform capabilities more efficiently, while giving operators more options to create and optimise player experiences.

Pronet Gaming provides sportsbook, casino, betting exchange, and retail solutions to operators in multiple international markets, with a focus on Asia. Flows provides iGaming orchestration software designed to connect systems, automate workflows and trigger real-time actions across technology ecosystems.

Pronet Gaming said the integration adds an orchestration layer intended to coordinate data, systems and actions in real time, reducing the need for development work when introducing new workflows and use cases. The company also said a dedicated gamification capability will support promotional mechanics and interactive engagement features that can be adapted across its operator network.
