EXCO launches AMP in-game streaming feature with 500 Casino

EXCO Game Studio has released AMP, an in-game streaming and live-participation feature, in an exclusive launch with 500 Casino, the companies said on 29th September.

According to EXCO, AMP is the first product in its EXCOVERSE ecosystem and allows any player in EXCO games to go live from an in-game layer as a “Streaming Player” in an EXCOVERSE Streaming Lobby. Other players can follow the stream, watch gameplay and video “within the game,” and participate through a live chat.

EXCO said that when a Streaming Player triggers a bonus, viewers have 20 seconds to place a permitted “prediction position” on the bonus’s final multiplier before the bonus begins. After bets close, the bonus plays out live and viewer positions are settled against the final result.

The exclusive 500 Casino release includes “almost all EXCO games,” including Ministry of Like, Apex Dregs, Robbin’ Goblins and VEGASCALINE, EXCO said. To promote the launch, 500 Casino said it plans to run a one-week streamer tournament using an in-game leaderboard ranking Streaming Players by the cumulative winnings of viewers who place prediction positions on their streams, subject to rules, territory restrictions, age requirements, responsible-gaming provisions and relevant terms and conditions.
