ThrillTech launches ThrillArena player-funded tournaments for casino, live and sports
Side-bet driven format aims to build prize pools without operator-funded prizes; first demos set for SBC Summit Lisbon.
ThrillTech has launched ThrillArena, a tournament platform that uses opt-in, player-funded side bets across Casino, Live and Sports. The company said the product is designed to grow tournament prize pools without operators funding prizes, while creating incremental revenue opportunities.
ThrillArena combines SlotsArena, LiveArena and SportsArena into a single tournament proposition, with what ThrillTech describes as a 100% player-funded model. The platform includes a proprietary points engine intended to support competition across player segments and keep leaderboards open to late entrants through multiple scoring factors.
Operators can configure daily and weekly payouts, with monthly “seasons” positioned as a longer-term engagement layer. ThrillArena also adds a “Battle Mode” for limited player-versus-player challenges that feed points into rankings.
“ThrillArena represents the evolution of tournaments: turning them from an operator-funded promotional cost into a player-funded engagement and revenue opportunity. By combining side bets, automated tournaments and competitive player-v-player mechanics across Casino, Live and Sports, we’re giving operators a new way to create bigger moments for players while building a more sustainable tournament model,” said Benjamin Bradtke, Co-Founder at ThrillTech.
ThrillTech said ThrillArena is the second product in its side-bet portfolio, joining ThrillPots, its side-bet jackpot engine. The company will demo ThrillArena for the first time at SBC Summit in Lisbon this week at stand B331.
