Groove brings ‘trust can’t be outsourced’ message to SBC Summit Lisbon 2026

Groove will use SBC Summit Lisbon 2026 (29 September to 1 October) to argue that iGaming’s next growth phase will be decided by platform infrastructure and compliance, not content volume. The aggregator and platform provider is on site at the Feira Internacional de Lisboa and MEO Arena as the event opens with more than 40,000 industry professionals expected, according to the company.

The company frames its position around what it calls “Unseen Architecture”, describing a stack that includes predictive auto-scaling, atomic transactions and a real-time compliance mesh designed to handle market shifts, regulatory changes and transaction spikes.

"Everybody at this summit is chasing the same thing; new markets, new players, new revenue," said Yahale Meltzer, Co-Founder and CEO of Groove. "But the operators who win are the ones who can move fast without breaking things. That is what our architecture delivers. The Global & Emerging Markets stage is where our strategy comes alive, with dedicated sessions on Latin America, Africa, and Eastern Europe; regions where Groove has already built real momentum. This is where we prove that aggregation is no longer a commodity. It is a competitive advantage."

Giusy Campo, Business Development Director at Groove, said the company expects Lisbon meetings to focus on vendor selection and integration decisions tied to expansion. "This is where we sit down with decision-makers who are actively evaluating vendor solutions, forming alliances, and deciding where to invest in technology that supports user acquisition, compliance, payments, and platform integration," Campo said. "The introduction of CPD accreditation and the new AI Academy shows how quickly this industry is professionalising. Groove is at the forefront of that shift, not because we followed the trend, but because we built for it."

Groove also highlighted its catalogue of over 20,000 games from more than 150 providers, while pointing to recent activity it says includes securing a Brasilian licence and partnerships in the regulated government lottery sector. "SBC Summit Lisbon's six-stage agenda reflects the interconnected nature of modern iGaming," said Rachel Tourgeman, Head of Partnerships at Groove. "Success depends on getting multiple moving parts right at the same time, from entering new markets to building better products to navigating regulation. Our platform's modular architecture, combined with advanced player engagement tools and real-time analytics, gives operators a genuine competitive edge."
