Gaming1 Acquires Belgian Operator Carousel

Gaming1 has acquired 100% of the shares in Pac-Man NV, the entity behind its long-term partner Carousel Group.

This acquisition will enable Gaming1 to benefit from Pac-Man NV’s license and digital portfolio, adding new capabilities to its Belgian operations.

Pac-Man NV’s activities will be integrated into Gaming1 with immediate effect. As the transaction does not involve the transfer of any employees, the teams are working closely together to ensure the smooth and effective integration of all activities.
