Super Technologies selects Sport AitchQ’s ContentQ to monitor sportsbook streams
The deal gives Super a real-time view of live sports content performance from the customer perspective across its streaming portfolio.
Super Technologies has selected Sport AitchQ’s ContentQ platform to monitor and optimise performance across its sportsbook streaming portfolio, the companies said.
Sport AitchQ said the agreement will provide Super’s teams with a consolidated, real-time view of live sports content “from the customer’s perspective”. The vendor said ContentQ uses automation and AI to continuously monitor live sports content and convert the resulting data into “actionable intelligence”.
According to Sport AitchQ, the deployment is tailored to Super’s operational needs and is designed to help teams identify emerging issues earlier, assess potential impact and respond more quickly. The company also said the intelligence will support ongoing content optimisation and operational efficiency.
Freddie Longe, Founder and CEO of Sport AitchQ, said: “Super has built an impressive reputation as one of the world’s most ambitious and innovative entertainment companies, and this partnership reflects exactly the kind of ambition we want to support.
“ContentQ gives Super’s teams a clear view of the content experience their customers are having right now, helping them respond sooner and reduce the risk of issues escalating. That’s the shift we’re focused on: helping operators put the customer at the centre of every content decision.”
Luke Saunders, Director of Sports Partnerships at Super Technologies, added: “We evaluate each partnership through a customer-centric lens, with a clear focus on delivering the most engaging entertainment offering in each of our markets. Working with Sport AitchQ strengthens our ability to respond quickly, keep optimising and maintain the quality and depth of experience our customers expect.”
