Genius Sports launches Prediction.com to compare prediction market contracts

Genius Sports Limited (NYSE:GENI) on Tuesday announced the launch of Prediction.com, a consumer platform designed to help users discover prediction markets, compare equivalent event contracts across multiple platforms and track probability changes during live events.

The company said Prediction.com is launched through Legend, Genius Sports’ consumer media and technology business. According to Genius Sports, the product aggregates markets and pricing from “major prediction platforms” into a single destination and includes a proprietary cross-venue, multi-leg pricing engine intended to compare multi-leg combinations across venues.

For sports markets, Genius Sports said Prediction.com combines its live game data feeds with real-time prediction market pricing, allowing users to follow play-by-play action alongside changing probabilities, prices and market signals.

Genius Sports said it already provides official sports data and integrity services to prediction market platforms, and positioned Prediction.com as a consumer discovery and comparison layer for a category it said is growing but remains fragmented. The company added that Prediction.com will expand coverage, functionality and partner integrations over time.
