BetComply hires three compliance specialists across licensing, AML and technical

The consultancy adds Tiago Scoda Botelho, Renald Micallef and Tina Singh as it expands client support across regulated markets.

BetComply has appointed three new compliance hires: Tiago Scoda Botelho as Regulatory & Licensing Compliance Officer, Renald Micallef as AML & RG Consultant, and Tina Singh as Technical Compliance Consultant.

Scoda joins with a legal background and has previously held senior compliance roles at bet365 and 3 Oaks Gaming. At BetComply, he will support clients across regulatory compliance, licensing applications and ongoing operational requirements in multiple markets. “BetComply has built an excellent reputation for practical, hands-on compliance support. I’m looking forward to helping clients navigate increasingly complex regulatory requirements,” said Scoda.

Micallef brings more than 16 years’ experience across AML, risk and responsible gaming, with roles at operators including SlotsMillion and Nederlandse Loterij. “I’m delighted to be joining a team with such deep industry knowledge. BetComply’s approach is focused, pragmatic and closely aligned with what operators actually need,” said Micallef.

Singh joins with 17 years’ experience across regulated and international environments, spanning land-based gaming and iGaming. “BetComply has a strong reputation for combining technical expertise with practical support. I’m excited to bring my experience to the team and help clients meet complex technical compliance requirements across multiple markets,” said Singh.
