eyeDP partners with Mindway AI on integrated KYC and harm detection

eyeDP has partnered with Mindway AI to integrate its document verification platform with Mindway AI’s player protection technology, expanding both companies’ offering to iGaming operators.

The companies said the integration will combine eyeDP’s document submission, real-time verification and analysis with Mindway AI’s harm detection and monitoring. Mindway AI’s flagship product, GameScanner, is positioned as a system for identifying early signs of at-risk and problem gambling using AI-driven insights alongside expert human assessment.

eyeDP said its platform supports compliance through auditable decision-making and is designed to help operators identify inconsistencies in customer documentation. The partners are positioning the combined solution around linking identity verification with early risk detection as part of operator security and compliance workflows.

Warren Russell, CEO at eyeDP, said: “Identity verification and early risk detection are two aspects of iGaming that should always go hand-in-hand, so we’re delighted to announce our new integration with Mindway AI. As a company that shares our values in terms of how AI and automation can assist operators with their security and compliance, the collaboration will help us provide a more joined-up technical offering that all Mindway AI customers can benefit from.”

Rasmus Kjaergaard, CEO at Mindway AI, said: “Adding eyeDP’s AI-powered document checks alongside our existing early risk-detection and monitoring capabilities will enable Mindway AI to connect the dots to better protect customers moving forward. The partnership is founded on a shared vision of using AI and automation to aid smarter and more timely decision-making without sacrificing human oversight, and together we’ll help operators take security and compliance to new heights.”
