The UAE Lottery appoints Brett Lee as ‘Chief Celebration Officer’

The UAE Lottery has appointed former international cricketer Brett Lee as its Chief Celebration Officer, the operator said on 15 September 2026 in Abu Dhabi.

In the role, Lee will meet winners across The UAE Lottery's game portfolio, discuss how they plan to use their prizes, and share those stories through “exclusive content, community appearances and fan engagement initiatives,” according to the company.

The UAE Lottery said the appointment is intended to support its positioning around “trusted, transparent and responsible entertainment” in the UAE’s regulated commercial gaming sector. The operator added that Lee will also “continue to champion responsible play” as part of winner interviews, community activations and fan experiences.

The company did not disclose the term of the appointment, financial terms, or the scope and schedule of planned activations.
