Yaspa hires Mandy Thompson as first US marketing lead

Yaspa has appointed Mandy Thompson as its first US marketing hire, naming her marketing manager as the company continues expanding its North American operations. Yaspa said Thompson is based in Atlanta.

According to the company, Thompson has more than 12 years of payments experience and most recently served as Senior Strategic Marketing Manager at Blackhawk Network, where she worked on enterprise go-to-market initiatives and marketing programs for prepaid and incentive payment solutions.

Yaspa said Thompson will focus on building the company’s brand and proposition across target sectors including iGaming, predictions and adjacent regulated markets as it grows in North America. She will report to Yaspa Chief Marketing Officer Kate Marsden.

The company said Thompson joins a growing Atlanta-based team that includes Vice President of Product Max Collinge, who relocated in January to lead product innovation and delivery in North America, as well as Peter Kula, US Sales Lead, and Jackson Esoda, US Senior Solutions Manager.
