The digital content provider says the 1,400+ sqm facility will act as an operational hub as it expands in Europe.
Digital content provider ICONIC21 is preparing to open a new office and studio facility in Vilnius, Lithuania, and says the site will create more than 350 new employment opportunities.
The company said the new location will cover two full floors and combine studio facilities and office space across more than 1,400+ square meters. ICONIC21 said recruitment is already underway, with roles including game presenter and studio technician currently open, and that “No prior experience is required for studio roles.”
In a statement, ICONIC21 said it selected Vilnius for its “strong talent pool, modern business ecosystem, and growing reputation as one of the most promising destinations for international investment and innovation in the region.” The company expects the facility to serve as a key operational hub as it strengthens its European presence.
To support local stakeholder engagement, ICONIC21 appointed Rokas Benetis as Country Manager for Lithuania. According to the company, Benetis has set up the operation’s core management team and is overseeing preparations for the next phase of growth and recruitment.
“Vilnius is a dynamic and rapidly growing city that draws ambitious, talented people. That is precisely why we chose it for the next stage of our growth,” said Rokas Benetis, Country Manager. “Here we are building an environment where people can start their careers, grow quickly and take on real responsibility from day one. Whether it is a first step into the job market, work alongside studies or a new professional challenge, we want ICONIC21 to be a place where people grow.”
ICONIC21 said the Vilnius opening is part of a broader growth strategy, adding that it is also evaluating additional expansion opportunities at its Romanian headquarters and in other markets.
