TRUE LABS appoints Sergey Glamazda as CEO

Former Virtus.pro and GameBeat chief takes over as the iGaming supplier targets product expansion and international growth.

TRUE LABS has appointed Sergey Glamazda as Chief Executive Officer, the company said today.

TRUE LABS said Glamazda will lead the company’s strategic development, expand its product portfolio, and strengthen its position in international markets following a recently completed rebranding.

Before joining TRUE LABS, Glamazda led the Esports & Entertainment department at PARI betting brand for more than two years, with responsibilities including user acquisition and retention, streamer marketing, media rights acquisition and activations. He previously served as CEO of Virtus. pro and, between those roles, was CEO of iGaming provider GameBeat.

TRUE LABS’ announcement cited Glamazda’s results at GameBeat, including expanding distribution to “350 active operators,” a game-engine update supporting “cluster, gamble and crash mechanics,” increased game production, and “70% growth in monthly GGR,” alongside setting up operations and an office in Serbia.

Commenting on his appointment, Glamazda said: “I'm joining TRUE LABS at a very important point of the brand’s lifepath and overall market situation. The market now needs tools that actually help operators make decisions: on retention, on partner segmentation, on how they engage players around big wins. My time at Virtus.pro and leading esports at PARI taught me to build products around the audience, not around metrics for their own sake. That's the focus we're bringing to TRUE LABS. Our analytics provide customers not just with numbers, but with actual solutions and insights that could help them boost their business. We have already begun - as of now we've released more than 19 slots YTD, grew 50% YoY basis with more to come with new modern slots, game content and customer promotion lobby”.
