GeoLocs extends Casino Time partnership to support Alberta launch

GeoLocs by mkodo has expanded its partnership with Casino Time into Alberta, providing geolocation technology as the operator extends its regulated Canadian footprint beyond Ontario.

The companies have worked together since 2023 in Ontario. Casino Time is now using GeoLocs for location verification in Alberta, with the supplier positioning the rollout as support for compliance requirements while maintaining player experience.

"Our relationship with GeoLocs has been built on trust, reliability and a shared focus on delivering the best possible player experience. As we continue our growth in Canada, it was important to work with a partner that understands the realities of regulated gaming and can support us as we enter new markets. GeoLocs has consistently delivered on both fronts, making them a key part of our expansion strategy." – Jeffrey Holmes, Chief Operating Officer at Casino Time

"We're delighted to strengthen our partnership with Casino Time as they expand their Canadian presence. We've already developed a strong working relationship through Ontario, and we're excited to continue supporting their growth. As new opportunities emerge across Canada, operators need partners they can trust to combine compliance, performance and player experience, and that's exactly what GeoLocs is built to deliver." – Will Whitehead, Commercial Director at mkodo

GeoLocs said it has five years of experience navigating Alberta’s gaming ecosystem and more than 15 years in regulated gaming. The company framed the expanded Casino Time agreement as part of its broader push to support operators across Canada’s evolving regulatory landscape.
