ELA Games launches Silly Chilli Dogs Hold & Win slot

ELA Games has released Silly Chilli Dogs, a new high-volatility Hold & Win online slot themed around a Mexican street party. The game launches with dual RTP configurations of 94.0% and 96.0%, and a max win cap of 5,000x.
