SPRIBE registers Aviator logo trademark protection in Kenya

SPRIBE OÜ has registered trademark protection for the Aviator game logo in Kenya, extending its intellectual property coverage in a market where the title has operated since 2021.

The company said the protection is filed under the WIPO Madrid System and is effective retroactively from October 11, 2024. The Madrid System, administered by the World Intellectual Property Organization, enables rights holders to extend trademark protection to member territories through a single international application.

SPRIBE described Kenya as one of Aviator’s more established markets and said the game has been available to players there for five years.
