Ten Square Games Q2 2026 bookings rise 14.6% as Medal Hunter launches globally

Ten Square Games Group reported higher year-on-year bookings in Q2 2026, driven by its core titles and a broader pipeline that now includes a new global launch. The company said Q2 bookings reached PLN 93.3 million, up 14.6% year-on-year, while H1 2026 bookings totalled PLN 191.7 million, up 11.5% versus H1 2025. The update was published on 24 Aug 26.

CEO Andrzej Ilczuk said portfolio work is starting to show in key products. “- Q2 shows that our growth strategy is starting to translate into visible progress across the portfolio. We are not building future growth around a single title, but around a more diversified model: a stronger core portfolio, growth titles with further scaling potential and new product lines that can open additional opportunities... Positive signals continued in July, with bookings improving in key titles including Fishing Clash, Hunting Clash, Trophy Hunter and Wings of Heroes,” he said.

On the product side, Ten Square Games said Fishing Clash showed KPI improvement that “supports renewed marketing scaling,” with bookings continuing to grow in July. The company also pointed to technical improvements in Hunting Clash and said bookings in that title grew month-on-month in July. For its “growth titles,” the group said Trophy Hunter work in Q2 focused on monetisation systems, and reported PLN 5.1 million in July bookings, described as the second-highest monthly level in the game’s history. Wings of Heroes updates covered progression, economy, campaigns, new modes and monetisation, including a “controlled test of expanding beyond the historical World War II setting,” with impact expected to be clearer in coming months.

Ten Square Games also positioned its “product line” approach as a shift to repeatable development. Medal Hunter launched globally on July 30, 2026 as the second title in its shooter line after Trophy Hunter. The company said Medal Hunter was developed in less than 12 months after Trophy Hunter’s global launch and has entered “scaling and validation,” with future support dependent on cohort behaviour, retention, monetisation and marketing ROI. Separately, Fishing Trip remained in market testing, with expanded country tests and a potential move toward soft launch if further data supports it.

Financially, the group said quarter-on-quarter bookings were lower mainly due to reduced marketing expenditure, while Adjusted EBITDA rose 13.5% quarter-on-quarter to PLN 21.4 million and net profit increased to PLN 14.6 million. CFO Magdalena Jurewicz said: “- Q2 shows that we can balance investment in growth with financial discipline... Our approach is data-driven. Every marketing investment must have a clear rationale, a defined payback path and the potential to create value for the Group.” Operating cash flow was PLN 20.1 million, and cash and cash equivalents stood at PLN 73.1 million at the end of Q2 after a PLN 63.7 million dividend and a PLN 18.0 million earn-out payment related to Rortos.

Direct-to-consumer sales continued to grow in the mix, according to the company. In June 2026, D2C accounted for 24% of group bookings, including 33% in Fishing Clash and 26% in Hunting Clash; newer titles posted 11% in Trophy Hunter and 21% in Wings of Heroes. Ten Square Games said Medal Hunter launched with alternative payment methods from day one, as it looks to embed D2C earlier in new titles.
