Games Global launches 12 Masks of Fire: Night Fever with new Split Strike mechanic

Games Global has launched 12 Masks of Fire: Night Fever™, a new entry in the 12 Masks of Fire™ slot franchise developed by exclusive partner Gameburger Studios. The release, dated 30th July 2026, introduces a new Split Strike™ mechanic designed to modify how the returning Epic Strike™ feature plays.

According to the companies, Split Strike™ gives Epic Strike™ Mask symbols a random chance to split into two, allowing the mask count to exceed 12 and increasing potential outcomes within the feature. Epic Strike™ triggers when three or more Epic Strike™ symbols land, with attached cash values contributing instant prizes to a growing prize ladder.

The game also includes a Tower Bonus that “guarantees a reward whenever activated,” awarding instant cash prizes or one of three Drum features: Cash Drum, Jumbo Drum, or Drum Frenzy™. Each Drum feature starts with three bonus spins and progresses through eight bonus levels, with the companies stating a top win potential of up to 5,000x.

Optional features include Fever Boost™, described as a mode focusing on high-value symbols and increasing the likelihood of triggering the game’s main features. In certain markets, a Buy Bonus option is also available.

Jamar Graham, Market Readiness & Logistics Lead at Gameburger Studios, said: “12 Masks of Fire™ has become one of our most recognisable titles, so when revisiting the franchise, we wanted to enhance the experience without losing what players loved about the original.

“Split Strike™ introduces an exciting new layer that can transform Epic Strike™ wins and push the feature beyond its traditional limits. When combined with Fever Boost™, Night Fever offers more ways than ever for players to enjoy the Masks of Fire™ experience.”

Dave Reynolds, Director of Games Strategy and Partner Management at Games Global, said: “Gameburger Studios has successfully reimagined one of its most popular franchises by introducing a compelling new mechanic while staying true to the gameplay that players know and enjoy.

“12 Masks of Fire: Night Fever™ is another strong addition to Games Global’s growing portfolio, demonstrating how our exclusive studios continue to evolve proven concepts through engaging innovation that keeps players coming back for more.”
