Reflex Gaming launches Get Kraken slot, built on Yggdrasil technology

Reflex Gaming has launched Get Kraken, a new undersea-themed slot game powered by Yggdrasil.

The title is built around a Kraken Wild in a dedicated position on the centre reel, which collects Coins and Gems when it lands. Four coloured Gem symbols unlock the MINI, MINOR, MAJOR and GRAND pot prizes, while three Special Kraken features—BOOST, MULTIPLY and RESPIN—are positioned as progressive unlocks.

Two Treasure Chests above the reels build when the Kraken lands and can open randomly to award Free Spins regardless of size. Standard Treasure Chests award six Free Spins, while Golden Chests award 12. During Free Spins, the triggering Kraken remains locked in place, and opened chests can reset, reopen and persist back into the base game.

Special Krakens are unlocked by landing Kraken symbols, with progress tracked via an on-screen counter that persists between sessions. BOOST unlocks after five Kraken symbols, MULTI after a further 10, and RESPIN after another 15, and can then appear in both base play and Free Spins. The game also includes a Kraken Character Modifier that can trigger at the start or end of a spin to guarantee or nudge a Kraken landing.

In supporting jurisdictions, Reflex said Golden Bet and Bonus Buy are available. Golden Bet is positioned to increase the chances of Kraken landings, collections and Free Spins, while Bonus Buy offers three routes into Free Spins at varying stake multiples.

Commenting on the launch, Mat Ingram, CPO of Reflex Gaming said: “Get Kraken brings together strong character-led design, persistent progression and a wide range of engaging features.
“The dedicated Kraken reel position gives the game a clear focal point, while the Treasure Chests, pot prizes and progressive Special Krakens ensure there is always something for players to work towards.”
